Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection tour to monitor the end-of-first-semester examinations at the Faculties of Business and Al-Alsun. The visit comes as part of the University administration’s commitment to continuous on-site follow-up of examination procedures and to ensuring an appropriate, supportive environment for students.

The Vice President was accompanied during the tour by Prof. Farid Moharram, Dean of the Faculty of Business; Prof. Youmna Safwat, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun; Prof. Mohamed Shaheen, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Hala Sayed Metwally, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Mohamed Morsy, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Mr. Ibrahim Said Hamza, Assistant Secretary-General of the University for the Education and Student Affairs Sector.
The tour included inspections of several examination committees and electronic testing halls at the Faculty of Al-Alsun, as well as checks on the readiness of medical and administrative service facilities within both faculties. The delegation also ensured the availability of all necessary support and care services for students throughout the examination period.
Prof. Rami Maher Ghali commended the smooth and orderly conduct of the examinations, noting that no obstacles, problems, or complaints had been recorded. He attributed this to the strict organizational measures adopted by the University and full compliance with regulations, praising the efforts of deans, vice deans, faculty members, administrative staff, and relevant departments in supervision and follow-up.

During his tour inside the examination halls, the Vice President listened to students’ feedback on the examination questions and verified adherence to examination paper specifications, the diversity of questions in assessing students’ skills and knowledge, and the provision of a safe and disciplined examination environment.
He emphasized the necessity of the presence of course instructors inside examination halls to address students’ inquiries, along with the continuous presence of faculty members and staff throughout the examination period. He also stressed full compliance with discipline regulations and the activation of mechanisms to combat cheating in all its forms, thereby ensuring fairness among students.
The Vice President further affirmed the University’s commitment to providing full support for inclusion students and students with special needs, offering all necessary accommodations during examinations to ensure equal opportunities and a suitable examination environment for all.
At the conclusion of the tour, Prof. Rami Maher Ghali underscored the importance of completing marking immediately after each examination and expediting the announcement of first-semester results, in line with Ain Shams University’s commitment to maintaining the regularity of the educational process.
