The fifth edition of Ain Shams University’s largest employment forum, “ASU Career Expo 2026,” will kick off on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The event is organized by the University Career Center over two days, April 7–8.

The event is held under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University; Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research; and Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

This year’s edition is launched under the theme “Beyond Opportunities,” positioning the forum as an integrated professional platform that goes beyond the traditional concept of job fairs. The event is expected to host more than 70 leading companies and major institutions from various sectors, offering a wide range of employment and training opportunities for young talents, graduates, and job seekers, alongside the participation of distinguished experts from diverse professional fields.

The forum provides participants with a valuable opportunity to connect directly with company representatives, gain insights into labor market demands, and benefit from a comprehensive professional experience through career talks, mentoring sessions, CV reviews, and specialized technical workshops.

The event also stands out for its full reliance on digital transformation, implemented in collaboration with the Faculty of Computers and Information and the Networks Center at Ain Shams University. The forum is managed through a dedicated digital platform that enables participants to register, upload their CVs, apply directly for jobs, and reserve seats in professional development sessions in advance, ensuring maximum benefit for attendees.

In line with the university’s social responsibility and its active role in economic empowerment, participation has been expanded this year to include all graduates, job seekers, and trainees from universities across Egypt, in addition to Ain Shams University students and alumni.

The forum will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Ain Shams University Guest House (African Unity Organization Street, in front of the Faculty of Dentistry Campus – Abbassia). Each day is dedicated to specific faculties to ensure targeted engagement with participating companies:

Day One (Tuesday, April 7):

Engineering, Computers and Information Scieces, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Science, Agriculture, Girls’ (Science Departments), and Dentistry.

Day Two (Wednesday, April 8):

Business, Al-Alsun (Languages), Arts, Law, Education, Specific Education, Girls (Arts and Education Departments), Mass Communication, and Archaeology.
