The events included an introductory meeting with university students about Microsoft 365 services, held in the new Faculty of Law auditorium. The meeting was attended by Prof. Yassin El-Shazly, Dean of the Faculty of Law; Prof. Rasha Ismail, Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences; Eng. Amr El-Masry, Director of Education at Microsoft North Africa; and representatives from Microsoft's strategic partner, Noventiq for Digital Solutions. A large number of students from various faculties participated.

During the meeting, the Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat program, integrated with the university email system, was introduced. This program allows students to benefit from various artificial intelligence capabilities at no additional cost.

The event also featured the launch of a first-of-its-kind interactive experience within universities: a competition that utilized artificial intelligence technologies through Microsoft 365 Copilot to solve a real-world problem. This initiative aimed to develop students' innovative thinking skills, and three students won awards from the company in recognition of their creative and practical solutions.

Throughout the day, faculty staff and students had the opportunity to interact directly with Microsoft representatives and learn about the latest digital services and technological tools that support the educational process and contribute to developing digital skills.

The event also included providing students with the opportunity to obtain Microsoft-certified exams and certificates at no additional cost.

This event comes as part of the partnership between the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Microsoft, which allows students and faculty members to benefit from the company's various services via their university email, thus enhancing digital transformation efforts within educational institutions.
