As part of the Education and Student Affairs Sector's commitment at Ain Shams University to supporting comprehensive inclusion policies and establishing the principle of equal opportunities within the university community, and in the university's endeavor to provide an inclusive learning environment that enables students with disabilities to fully benefit from educational and support services, the Students Disability Services Center plays a vital role in providing administrative and organizational support that facilitates students' access to various facilities and services within the university.
Based on the importance of developing the work system within the center and supporting the efficiency of services provided to students with disabilities, in order to ensure easy access to services and achieve the highest levels of organization and follow-up, the Education and Students Sector announces the opening of applying for the position of Secretary of the Students Disability Services Center, with the aim of supporting the administrative and organizational work in the center, and contributing to improving the mechanisms for providing and following up on services in order to achieve the university’s goals in providing a more inclusive and equitable educational environment.
Job Requirements:
1. The applicant must be an administrative employee at Ain Shams University.
2. The applicant must have experience in administrative and organizational work, including managing correspondence and records.
3. Knowledge of the services provided to students with disabilities and the mechanisms for supporting them within educational institutions is preferred.
4. Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office applications and electronic administrative systems.
5. The ability to communicate and coordinate with various faculties and departments within the university.
Applying Period:
- From March 14, 2026, to March 25, 2026.
- All applicants will be interviewed by the committee formed to select the Center's Secretary to present their proposed development plan on Thursday, April 2, 2026.
