Registration Steps at Ain Shams National University
Ain Shams National University announces the opening of online document submission in preparation for preliminary admission at Ain Shams National University from Wednesday, August 27, 2025, until Thursday, September 4, 2025, for the following faculties:
(Faculty of Medicine – Faculty of Engineering – Faculty of Computers, Information and Artificial Intelligence – Faculty of Business).
First: Registration Steps for Those Who Have Previously Registered
* An email will be sent to students who have previously submitted their data on the link https://nasu.edu.eg
* Click on the link sent to the student’s email, make sure it belongs to the student, and review it.
* Scroll down the page to complete the information and upload the required documents electronically in the designated field for each file (ID card copy – high school certificate – birth certificate – etc.).
* Click on the Upload button, then proceed to the payment page to pay the registration fee (1500 EGP).
* Confirm that the payment will be made using a Visa card by entering the Visa details on the official application system. If the student does not have a Visa card, they must go to Banque Misr branches at Ain Shams University to obtain a “Meeza Students Card” to be used for fee payment.
* Ensure that the payment process is completed by the message: “You have successfully completed the payment for opening the application file with a value of 1500 EGP.”
Second: Registration Steps for Those Who Have Not Previously Registered
* Go to the link https://nasu.edu.eg to register the basic information.
* Enter the student’s email address correctly, then click SUBMIT.
* Check the student’s email, click on the link sent, fill in the information, and upload the required documents electronically in the designated field for each file (ID card copy – high school certificate – birth certificate – etc.).
* Click on the Upload button, then proceed to the payment page to pay the registration fee (1500 EGP).
* Confirm that the payment will be made using a Visa card by entering the Visa details on the official application system. If the student does not have a Visa card, they must go to Banque Misr branches at Ain Shams University to obtain a “Meeza Students Card” to be used for fee payment.

Please adhere to the scheduled registration deadlines, complete the required paperwork, and pay for each student according to the email sent.
