Ain Shams National University announces the opening of online document submission in preparation for the preliminary admission at the university, starting from Wednesday, August 27, 2025, until Thursday, September 4, 2025, for the following faculties:
(Medicine – Engineering – Computer, Information and Artificial Intelligence – Business).
First: Registration steps for students who have previously registered
An email will be sent to students who have already registered their data through the link https://nasu.edu.eg
Students should click on the link sent via email to complete their data and upload the required documents electronically, as specified in the email.
Click the Pay button to settle the registration fee.
The submitted documents will be reviewed electronically. In case of final acceptance, a new email will be sent to pay the tuition fees for each faculty. The required original documents for final admission will be announced later.
Please note that any previously submitted applications that did not complete the registration process and upload all required documents will not be considered.
Second: Registration steps for students who have not previously registered

Students should then click on the link sent via email to complete their data and upload the required documents electronically, as specified in the email.
Click the Pay button to settle the registration fee.

Third: On-campus support for online registration
The university provides a registration support center at the Guest House to assist students with online registration through a specialized team during the registration period, from Thursday, August 28, 2025, until September 4, 2025, daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The University Administration emphasizes the importance of online registration, whether done by the student himself or by visiting the Guest House registration center starting Thursday, August 28. This is considered a mandatory step for all students, as it enables the submission of required documents and ensures fair selection among applicants based on total grades and admission requirements.
Fourth: Document submission phase
After reviewing applications according to the admission rules approved by the Supreme Council of Private Universities and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in line with the regulatory admission rules, the acceptance results will be sent through the online platform.
The admission results for Ain Shams National University faculties will be announced later, after which the accepted students will be required to submit their original documents at the Guest House, Ain Shams University (next to Ain Shams Specialized Hospital).
