Continuing the excellence of Ain Shams University students and their ability to compete and innovate in various scientific forums, the university’s artificial intelligence team won the award for best project at the level of Egyptian public and national universities, during its participation in the activities of the fourth edition of the Egyptian Women’s Summit, which was held at Nile University on December 13 and 14.
The participation was under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Rami Maher Ghaly, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and under the administrative supervision of Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs.
The General Administration for Youth Welfare, represented by the Scientific and Technological Activities Department and the Cultural Activities Department, participated in the conference activities, which included a number of specialized workshops and seminars. These events were attended by a distinguished group of ministers, ambassadors, and public figures, in addition to the STEM & AI competition, which witnessed strong competition among the participating university teams.
The results of the competition resulted in the Ain Shams University Scientific Activity Team winning a financial prize of fifty thousand pounds, in recognition of the excellence of the submitted project and its innovative level.
