The Launch of the 2025 Administrative Excellence Award at Ain Shams University (Award Dedicated to University Administrative Staff)
Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, the university announces the opening of nominations for the 2025 Administrative Excellence Award, being introduced for the first time. The award aims to motivate administrative staff and encourage outstanding administrative practices across all faculties, departments, and university sectors.
Objectives of the Award:
* Promote a culture of quality and institutional excellence.
* Support innovation and administrative development to achieve high performance efficiency and align with digital transformation and institutional advancement.
Eligibility Criteria:
* The applicant must be an active administrative staff member at the university at the time of application.
* Must have a minimum of 10 years of service at Ain Shams University.
* Employment records must be free of any disciplinary actions or penalties.
* Performance evaluation over the past three years must be excellent.
* Must have a distinguished record in achieving job objectives and improving team performance.
* Must demonstrate leadership skills and innovative thinking contributing to a better work environment.
Award Requirements:
* Applicants must meet at least 70% of the evaluation criteria to be eligible.
Number of Awards:
Seven awards annually:
* Four awards for faculty administrative staff.
* Three awards for administrative staff in university departments, centers, and sectors.
Award Value:
* Cash prize of EGP 10,000 + Certificate of Appreciation from Ain Shams University.
Nomination Timeline:
* Opening of applications: October 2025
* Deadline for submitting completed and approved files: Thursday, December 18, 2025
* Final closure of applications: Wednesday, December 31, 2025
Submission Requirements:
* Nomination files must be submitted in hard copy, accompanied by two electronic copies stored on two separate flash drives.
