The Faculty of Pharmacy at Ain Shams University concluded the 20th medical convoy, organized to serve the residents of the Hadayek El-Qobba neighborhood. Over the course of four days, from August 3 to 6, the medical convoy successfully provided medical services to more than 1,260 beneficiaries at El-Waili Preparatory School for Girls, in cooperation with the university's Faculties of Medicine, Dentistry, and Nursing and the Cairo Governorate.

The convoy was held under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University; Prof. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo; Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; Prof. Rehab Othman, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy; and under the supervision of Prof. Rola Milad Labib, Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

The convoy included medical clinics in various specialties, including internal medicine, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, ear, nose, and throat (ENT), and dentistry. It also included a charitable pharmacy dispensing free medications and a laboratory offering free services.
This initiative stems from Ain Shams University's commitment to its community role in supporting the neediest and promoting integrated healthcare. The initiative was conducted in cooperation with the Hadayek El-Qobba District Presidency, headed by Professor Hatem Mahmoud, and the Hadayek El-Qobba Educational Administration, headed by Dr. Nasser El-Gendy.
