The President of University at STEP Up Project Launch Press Conference: The Labor Market Doesn't Depend on a University Degree Alone, but on Possessing Practical Skills and Specialized Knowledge
Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, said during the STEP Up project launch press conference, "The world has changed, and success in the labor market no longer depends solely on a university degree, but rather on possessing practical skills, specialized knowledge, and the ability to learn continuously. This is what prompted Ain Shams University to design a modern educational model that links academic study with the needs of labor market, and gives students and graduates a real opportunity to acquire future skills through supplementary tracks and accredited mini-certificates, designed according to the latest international standards, in cooperation with local and international industry partners, with practical training comprising no less than 60% of the program."
