“Made in Egypt” Exhibition at Ain Shams University Welcomes Its Visitors

As part of Ain Shams University’s societal role in supporting national industries, and under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of the University, and Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector organized the “Made in Egyptexhibition, which continues to welcome university students until April 9.

         
   
         

In this context, Prof. Ghada Farouk affirmed the University’s commitment to organizing Egyptian products exhibitions on a regular basis, with the aim of creating broader markets among youth for locally made products that match the quality of global ones. She pointed to the state’s direction toward supporting local industries and increasing exports, which contributes to reducing imports and enhancing the competitiveness of Egyptian industry in global markets.

         
   
         

Accordingly, the University plays a key role in supporting national industries and driving economic growth to achieve higher growth rates, thereby contributing to improving the standard of living.

Prof. Ghada Farouk also praised the diversity featured in the exhibition, which includes several Egyptian companies from various industrial sectors, such as cosmetics, food industries, and chemical industries, among others.

The exhibition is held under the supervision of Major General Hossam El-Sherbiny, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development.
