The discussion also addressed the vital role of the university’s units in providing professional training courses that serve the labor market, under the full supervision of the centers and the university. She highlighted that partnerships supporting these programs should be established with industrially relevant and academically reputable institutions, in line with the university’s distinguished standing.
She further stressed that training offered by these units should be professional or technical in nature, rather than leading to an academic degree.
Additionally, Prof. Ghada Farouk underscored the importance of activating the UMS system for registering training courses and discussed marketing and publicity mechanisms, noting that all promotional activities must be conducted exclusively through the university’s official channels and platforms.
Finally, she recommended enhancing internal coordination among the university’s units to ensure optimal utilization of available resources and to maximize the impact of their activities.
