Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and under the supervision of the Education and Student Affairs Sector and the General Administration of Education and Student Affairs, Ain Shams University announces the opening of electronic transfer applications for students wishing to transfer to the university’s faculties for the upcoming 2025/2026 academic year. Applications will be accepted from July 30 to September 18 through the university’s electronic transfer platform.
Through this platform, undergraduate students (Bachelor’s and Licentiate degrees) can electronically apply to transfer from other universities to Ain Shams University, as well as pay the required transfer service and central admission fees online.
This service is available to a wide range of applicants, including: Students transferring to higher academic levels, high school certificate holders and equivalent certificates from previous years, Transfers to credit-hour programs, Students with disabilities across various categories, Dismissed students, and applicants who passed diploma and technical institute exams administered by the Supreme Council and are nominated to Ain Shams University, among others. For postgraduate certificate holders, the platform will be available from August 5 to September 18.
Ain Shams University faculties offer a wide array of distinguished and innovative academic programs designed to equip students with the skills required for a competitive job market, opening doors to prestigious career opportunities and keeping pace with the latest scientific developments in specialized and often rare fields.
Application steps, contact numbers, and WhatsApp support for inquiries regarding the requirements of each faculty or group of faculties are provided. Telephone support is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on working days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays). In case phone lines are busy, students are encouraged to send a WhatsApp message, and they will receive a reply as soon as possible.
Students are strongly advised not to engage with any individual, claiming to facilitate or expedite the transfer process. All communications and application procedures must be conducted solely through the official university platform, designated inquiry labs, or authorized contact numbers.
It is also emphasized that the transfer service fee must be paid electronically using the payment code provided through the official electronic transfer platform.
