As part of Ain Shams University's commitment to continuously monitoring the examination process, Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection tour this morning to oversee the final exams at the Faculties of Dentistry and Pharmacy. He ensured the smooth operation of the examination committees and the implementation of regulations governing the examination process, guaranteeing a suitable environment for students to take their exams in a calm and orderly atmosphere.
The Vice President was accompanied on the tour by Prof. Karim El-Batouti, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Prof. Rehab Othman, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and the Vice Deans.
During the tour, Prof. Rami Maher Ghali monitored the smooth conduct of the exams and the mechanisms for handling any emergencies. He also ensured the proper functioning of the examination control centers, marking, and data entry, emphasizing the need for these tasks to be completed promptly to guarantee the accurate and transparent release of results, thus serving the best interests of the students.
He also confirmed the regular presence of faculty staff and invigilators in the examination halls and the availability of all necessary support and care for the students, contributing to a conducive environment for taking the exams.
The Vice President of the University commended the efforts of the deans and vice deans of the two faculties, as well as the faculty and administrative staff. He praised the high level of organization and discipline observed in the examination halls, affirming that Ain Shams University prioritizes the students' well-being and is committed to providing all necessary resources to ensure the smooth running of the examination process and the swift completion of marking, data entry, and results announcement according to the highest standards of accuracy and transparency.
