As part of ongoing field monitoring of the educational process, Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection tour of the second semester exams for the 2025/2026 academic year at the Faculty of Girls. He was accompanied by Prof. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty, the Vice Deans, and Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs.
During his tour, the Vice President ensured that all regulations and procedures governing the examination process were being followed in the exam halls. He emphasized the importance of providing a suitable and calm environment to ensure that students could take their exams without any obstacles. He also sought feedback from students regarding the difficulty level and clarity of the questions, their relevance to the course material, and the adequacy of the allotted time.
In a related context, the tour included an inspection of the faculty's medical clinics to assess their readiness and the presence of specialized medical teams. The university's vice president commended the level of medical services and care provided, emphasizing the importance of maintaining full readiness for rapid intervention and providing necessary medical support to female students throughout the examination period.
The inspection tour also included a visit to the faculty's theater, as well as monitoring the activities and services offered in the student affairs and education departments.
