Ain Shams University Council honors Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, former Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, in appreciation of his pioneering efforts and contributions to the development of the education and student sector

Ain Shams University Board, headed by Prof. Mohamed Diaa, President of the University, in its session held on Monday, 12/4/2023, honored Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, former Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, in appreciation of his pioneering efforts and contributions to developing the education and student sector. This was in the presence of members of the University Council, Prof. Mohamed Awad Taj El-Din, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Health and Prevention Affairs, and with the participation of Advisor Omar Marwan, Minister of Justice, and Mr. Mohamed El-Etreby, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Egypt, via video conference technology.

The honor was also witnessed by Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, Prof. Ahmed Zaki Badr, former Minister of Local Development and former President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, former President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Ayman Saleh, The former Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, and the deans and members of the Council.

In his speech, the President of the University praised the dedication and commitment provided by Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud during his work as Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, praising his tangible achievements and effective contributions in the fields of education and student care, stressing that they had a great impact and a distinguished place in the history of the University, wishing His Excellency more success in his distinguished professional and academic career.
