This partnership comes in line with promoting the concept of the “productive university” and training for employment. Both parties agreed to launch a series of specialized programs aimed at raising awareness of financial inclusion and enhancing entrepreneurial skills among Ain Shams University affiliates. Emphasis will be placed on artificial intelligence tools through the “CareerTech” platform, ensuring students keep pace with the rapid digital transformations shaping today’s labor market.
The MoU extends beyond professional aspects to encompass broader social and humanitarian dimensions. The Faculty and the Foundation plan to implement pioneering initiatives to empower women, youth, and persons with disabilities, while fostering a safe work environment through awareness programs on protection policies and combating violence against women. Additionally, the partnership will promote a culture of volunteerism and environmental awareness, reflecting a shared vision for contributing effectively to sustainable development and social justice.
At the operational level, this collaboration paves the way for transforming the faculty into a dynamic hub of development activities. This includes organizing periodic job fairs, hosting educational forums on small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) management, and exploring the establishment of production units and business incubators within the faculty. Continuous professional consultations will also be provided to ensure a smooth transition for graduates from academic life to professional excellence.
