Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, the first summer training program for the month of July concluded at the Zafaran Museum, which was held from July 20th to July 22nd, the program was titled "Tourist Education and Guidance in Museums and Archaeological Sites." The program targeted Ain Shams University students from relevant disciplines (Antiquities in its various departments, Tourist Guidance, Heritage, Museums, Archaeological Sites, Media, Education, and History).

The program included theoretical and practical lectures and a practical field trip to the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, covering the basics of tour guiding.

The program aims to spread archaeological and cultural awareness among participating students, introduce them to art, cultural heritage, and civilization, enhance museum visitor experience, and develop the professional skills required by tour guides. It also aims to equip participating students with the basic skills required for guiding within museums and archaeological sites.
