Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to facilitate procedures for international students, the International Students Administration at Ain Shams University began receiving application documents on Monday, July 21, 2025. This includes the submission of the application form number from the “Study in Egypt” platform.
Prof. Sherweit El-Ahmady, Director of the International Students Administration, stated that files are received at the administration office (Youth Welfare Building – above the university theater – 2nd floor) from Sunday to Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The required documents are as follows:
An original certified and authenticated high school certificate
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of valid passport
Seven (7) recent personal photos
Aptitude test result (for faculties that require it)
Proof of registration fee payment (original bank receipt or a copy of the electronic receipt)
Printed nomination letter from the “Study in Egypt” platform
Prof. Sherweit El-Ahmady added that starting September 2025, accepted students will be contacted via the email address provided in their application file. They will then be directed to their chosen faculty to undergo the medical examination, select their academic track (if applicable), and complete any remaining required information.
She also noted that if the file is submitted by someone other than the student or a first-degree relative, an official power of attorney must be presented to complete the procedures.
