The Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences Launches Python Programming Course for School Students
In a step aimed at promoting programming skills among younger generations, the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences at Ain Shams University announced the launch of a hands-on training course entitled “Programming Fundamentals Using Python,” designed for school students across different educational levels, with no prior programming experience required.
The course comes as part of the faculty’s commitment to preparing a generation capable of keeping pace with the demands of the digital labor market and developing students’ logical thinking and problem-solving skills from an early age through interactive learning and practical application.
The course comprises 16 hours of training, during which students will learn about:
Programming fundamentals and concepts
Logical thinking and problem-solving
Algorithms
Variables and data types
Different types of operators
Conditional statements
Loops and iteration
Writing simple programs in Python
Practical applications and exercises
