In line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's vision to support innovation and entrepreneurship, and to enhance the role of universities in transforming innovative ideas into viable projects, the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology has announced the opening of applications for the new cycle of the "My Project... My Beginning" program. This program supports graduation projects for final-year students at Egyptian universities for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The program aims to discover and nurture innovative projects, link university education outcomes with the needs of industry and the labor market, and support students in developing technological solutions that contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. It offers two main tracks: individual projects and consortium projects (group projects).

The program targets several priority areas, including artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, deep technology, quantum computing, space science, medical devices, biotechnology, nanotechnology, green technology, energy efficiency, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and deepening local manufacturing, thereby contributing to supporting innovation and enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy.

Application Deadlines:

Group Projects (Alliances): Until September 30, 2026.

Individual Projects: Until October 31, 2026.
