Ain Shams University's pavilion continued its distinguished presence on the second day of the 19th International Higher Education and Training Forum and Exhibition (EDUGATE 2026), held under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Association of Arab Universities. The pavilion witnessed a large turnout of students and parents eager to learn about the university's academic programs and diverse educational opportunities.

Ain Shams University, represented by its Education and Student Affairs sector, is participating as a strategic partner in the exhibition, which is being held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center (EECA) in New Cairo from July 28 to 30, 2026. This participation reflects the university's ongoing efforts to enhance communication with prospective university students and showcase its educational system, which keeps pace with the latest global developments.

The university's participation comes under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, University President, and Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Mr. Mohamed El Gamal, Head of the Central Administration for the University President's Sector, Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Dalia Youssef, Director of the Central Unit for E-Learning, and Ms. Reham El Ateify, Director General of the General Administration for Education and Student Affairs.

During the second day's events, the university's pavilion welcomed a number of those interested in higher education, who learned about its distinguished academic programs. Visitors praised the pavilion's excellent organization, the efficiency of the staff, and the quality of information and consultations provided, emphasizing that the diversity of programs offered by the university reinforces its position as one of the leading educational institutions in Egypt and the region.

The day's events also included a dialogue session with Prof. Amr Othman Habib, Coordinator of the first level of the International Engineering Credit Hour programs at the Faculty of Engineering. During the session, he introduced the faculty's international credit hour programs, highlighting the key academic and practical advantages students gain, the international partnerships the faculty has established, and the dual degree programs that offer students outstanding educational opportunities.

He also reviewed the field training system the faculty provides for its students and the most prominent participations and achievements of the faculty's students in international competitions, where student teams have won top positions at both the regional and international levels.

The discussion also touched on the admission procedures to the faculty, its state-of-the-art laboratories and workshops, and the educational and training benefits available to students . He emphasized that the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University represents an international educational institution in Egypt, combining high-quality education, academic excellence, and openness to global expertise and partnerships.

The university's pavilion offers visitors a comprehensive overview of its academic system, showcasing its distinguished faculties and programs, educational and student services, and programs and services specifically designed for students with disabilities.
