Ain Shams University Laboratories Receive Third-Stage Students for Admission Coordination in the New Academic Year

Under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zein El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and under the supervision of the Education and Student Sector, General Administration of Education and Student Affairs, the Education and Student Sector announced that Ain Shams University’s coordination labs are receiving general secondary students, both science and arts, for electronic coordination for the third phase of the new academic year 2025-2026. The labs are located at the Faculties of Computer and Information Sciences and Arts on campus in Abbasiya, the Faculty of Agriculture in Shubra El Kheima, the Faculty of Girls in Heliopolis, and the Faculty of Engineering at Abdo Pasha in Abbasiya, in addition to the labs for students with disabilities in the Faculties of Arts and Computer and Information Sciences.

In this context, the President of Ain Shams University explained that the coordination labs will continue to operate throughout the coordination period, noting that they are fully equipped and prepared, containing more than 300 modern computers. They are staffed with specialized staff to provide sufficient information to students and parents without interfering with their wishes, along with trained technicians to resolve any problems that may arise, whether with computers or the internet. The President of Ain Shams University directed the Education and Student Sector to be fully prepared and diligently monitored to ensure the success of the university’s coordination labs. This will allow high school students and their parents to register their preferences electronically, and will provide the necessary facilities and logistical services until the coordination period concludes at all levels across all labs on campus.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced in a statement the minimum scores for the third stage as follows:

For admission to the third stage, the minimum score is 205 for high school students (old system), and 160 for high school students (modern system).

which operates 24 hours a day, in addition to the university’s computer labs.

Registration of preferences will begin on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, and will continue until all students have applied.
