Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, received a high-level delegation from the Canadian Universities Complex in the New Administrative Capital and Anglia Ruskin University (UK), as part of efforts to strengthen academic and research ties between the two sides.

The meeting was attended by Dr. Mark Norrish, Vice President of Anglia Ruskin University for International Relations and Partnerships; Prof. Magdy El-Qadi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Canadian Universities Complex; Dr. Hadiya Hamdy, Vice President of the Canadian Universities Complex in Egypt; and Dr. Kamal Obeid, Director of International Cooperation at Ain Shams University.

The discussions focused on exploring avenues of cooperation in postgraduate programs in partnership with Anglia Ruskin University and the canadian Universities Complex in Egypt. The meeting also addressed prospects for international collaboration, including reviewing Ain Shams University’s strategic and research plans to enhance opportunities for knowledge exchange, support joint academic programs, and expand partnerships in education and scientific research.
