Ain Shams University gets second place for female student teams, third place for male student teams, and second place for individual students in the Martyr Al-Rifai Competition 51

Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abeden, President of Ain Shams University, the Ain Shams University chess team participated in the 51st Egyptian Universities Tournament, Shahid Al-Rifai, on Tuesday, February 20, at Menoufia University, with the participation of 98 male and female students representing 30 governmental, private, and technological universities. Under the administrative supervision of Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Educational Affairs, and the executive supervision of Mr. Tariq Ahmed, Director General of the General Administration for Youth Welfare, and Mr. Mohamed Hassan, Director of the Sports Activity Department, Mr. Abdel Razek Mohamed Abdel Razek, supervisor of the chess team, and the results were as follows:

First in the individual tournament: Student Khaled Mohamed Amin achieved second place and won the silver medal at the Egyptian university level

Second in the team championship: The female student team achieved second place at the Egyptian university level and won the silver medal. The female student team represented Ain Shams University:
