The electronic coordination labs at Ain Shams University continue to provide services to high school graduates, both those following the old and new systems, coinciding with the second phase of university admissions for the 2026/2027 academic year. On Friday, the labs received approximately 150 students, ensuring a smooth registration process and providing support and guidance to applicants.

This initiative is under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. It reflects the university's commitment to providing a suitable environment for students during the admissions process and assisting them in completing their application correctly.

The university offers registration services through 16 electronic labs distributed across several faculties, equipped with over 340 computers. This facilitates student registration and streamlines the application process according to the established regulations.

The university coordination labs are operating under the supervision of the Education and Student Affairs Sector, through Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and Mrs. Reham Al-Ateify, Director General of the General Administration for Education and Student Affairs, with the participation of specialized teams who continue their efforts to ensure the smooth operation of the labs and provide technical and guidance support to students and their parents.

The university has also provided a dedicated lab to answer inquiries from high school graduates of this year and previous years. This lab includes a team specializing in admissions coordination and transfers, providing the necessary guidance and answering students' questions regarding the rules and procedures for admissions and transfers, thus facilitating the application process and the selection of preferences.
