This category aims to support innovation and improve the quality of government services delivered through digital platforms.

This qualification comes amidst strong competition from numerous government entities, universities, and service platforms, including the websites of major national universities and institutions. However, Ain Shams University's website stands out as a leading example in user experience, service speed, and digital content integration, reflecting a significant development in the mechanisms for providing electronic services to students, faculty staff, and the community.
