The Vice President for Education and Student Affairs conducts an inspection visit to the female student dormitory in Heliopolis

Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection visit to the female student dormitory in Heliopolis, accompanied by Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Education and Student Affairs. This visit reflects the university administration's commitment to monitoring the level of services provided to female students and ensuring the availability of a safe and suitable living environment.

The visit included inspecting the dormitories to assess cleanliness and maintenance, as well as visiting the cafeteria to monitor the quality of meals served and adherence to health regulations. Additionally, the medical center was inspected to confirm its readiness to provide necessary healthcare to students around the clock.

The tour also included an inspection of the study halls, gymnasium, and theater to assess their readiness to serve female students and support various activities.

The Vice President of the University commended the level of discipline and cleanliness within the university campus and the efforts of the staff in providing services to the students. He emphasized the need to continue raising the efficiency and improving the services to ensure the students' comfort and meet their needs.

He also recommended increasing the number of doctors and pharmacists at the medical center and pharmacy in the female students' campus, given the high volume of student visits to these facilities.

Prof. Rami Maher Ghali also recommended carrying out renovation and replacement work during the upcoming summer break on some residential buildings that require it, across the university's off-campus branches.

The Vice President of the University emphasized the importance of continuous monitoring and immediate response to any comments or complaints, in order to provide the best possible level of care and services for male and female students within the university dormitories.
