The floor then moved to Prof. Faisal Zaki Abdel Wahid, Professor of Civil Law at the Faculty, who addressed “Challenges Arising from the Use of Foreign Languages in Contract Drafting and the Mechanisms to Address Them in Light of Legal Provisions.” He highlighted the problems associated with using foreign languages and presented practical and legal solutions to avoid them.

Prof. Yassin El-Shazly then opened the floor for discussion and questions from the attendees, including faculty members, their assistants, researchers, and other participants. Certificates of appreciation were presented to the seminar speakers.
