Ain Shams University’s Scholarship Office has announced the opening of applications for the Fulbright Egyptian Scholar Program – Research Grant.
Under the auspices of Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, the Scholarship Welfare Office at Ain Shams University has announced the opening of applications for the Fulbright Egyptian Scholar Program – Research Scholar for the 2027–2028 academic year. The program provides Egyptian faculty members and researchers with the opportunity to conduct research at universities and research institutions in the United States for a period ranging from three to nine months across various fields of specialization.
The Scholarship offers an outstanding opportunity to advance research excellence, gain exposure to international academic expertise, and build new bridges for international scientific and research collaboration.
Eligible Applicants:
Full-time faculty members at Egyptian universities and researchers at Egyptian research centers who hold a doctoral degree. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English and meet all program requirements and application procedures.
The Scholarship includes:
• Travel allowance
• Financial stipend
• Professional and excess baggage allowance
• Health benefits coverage
