In his opening remarks, Prof. Farid Moharam described the camp as a "national project" and a pioneering pilot initiative receiving significant attention from state institutions responsible for digital transformation. He emphasized that the success of this experience at the Faculty of Business would serve as a model for expanding similar initiatives across faculties of business at Egyptian universities.
He also praised the Information Technology Institute as a highly professional institution, noting that the partnership represents a major leap forward in the quality of practical training offered to the faculty’s students.
Addressing the participants, Prof. Moharam stressed that enrollment in the program requires a strong sense of responsibility, full attendance, active engagement with the training content, and successful completion of all assignments and projects.
He further revealed that, upon completion of the program, students will participate in direct networking sessions with representatives of leading companies and business organizations, providing them with exceptional opportunities to showcase their newly acquired skills and establish valuable connections with potential employers.

The five-week intensive training camp is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application through hands-on training in globally recognized business platforms and enterprise systems, including Odoo, Oracle, and ServiceNow.
The program also focuses on equipping participants with the skills needed to integrate artificial intelligence into business disciplines such as accounting, marketing, supply chain management, and e-commerce. Students will develop competencies in data analysis, AI-powered decision-making, and improving organizational performance, preparing them for the demands of the modern digital economy.
Looking beyond the summer program, the Faculty of Business and ITI envision expanding the initiative by evaluating the camp's outcomes and launching a new phase dedicated to training faculty members. The partnership also aims to fully digitize the training content to ensure its sustainability, continuous updating, and accessibility to a broader audience of learners.
