Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Community Service and Environmental Development, chaired the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Financial Consulting and Auditing Center, in the presence of Dr. Amir Atef Noshi, Director of the Center, and members of the Board of Directors.

The meeting addressed several key agenda items, foremost among them strengthening the Center’s oversight role, reviewing the status of the University’s special units across its various faculties, and improving their financial performance. The Board also followed up on the implementation of development plans aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring the optimal utilization of available resources.

The Board further discussed opportunities to expand the range of services provided by the Center, including the delivery of training programs and professional services both within and outside the University. These efforts are intended to reinforce the Center’s role in providing financial and accounting consultancy services while supporting capacity building in these fields.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Prof. Ghada Farouk commended the Center’s team for their dedicated efforts and the achievements accomplished during the past period. She expressed her appreciation for their commitment and wished them continued success in advancing the University’s objectives and further enhancing its financial and administrative performance systems.
