Faculty of Law invites Ain Shams University to attend the scientific conference held by the Faculty entitled "legal and economic aspects to combat corruption," to be held during the period from 2 to 3 February 2020, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ali Abdel-Al, President of the House of Representatives, and Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel-Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education, Mr. Omar Marwan, Minister of State for Legal Affairs and the House of Representatives, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Nagy Abdel-Momen, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Chairman of the Conference, Prof. Mohamed Safi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Vice-Chairman of the Conference, Chairman of the Organizing Committee.

This comes from the Faculty of Law's duty to serve the community and its issues and fight corruption in order to shed light on the severe effects of corruption on investment and economic development and to demonstrate the cycle of international and internal legal rules and regulatory bodies in the fight against it, with a focus on procedural obstacles and ways to address them.

The themes of the conference "legal and economic aspects of the prosecution of corruption" in the Faculty of Law, six key themes, including the negative effects of corruption on investment and economic development, procedural obstacles to combat corruption and ways to address it, counter corruption from a legitimate, philosophical and legal comparison, as well as criminal and civil confrontation of crimes Corruption as well as the role of SAIs in combating corruption and finally the role of the rules of international law in combating corruption.

The conditions of publication and participation in the conference include writing in one of the themes of the conference, the authenticity of the research paper and not previously submitted to arbitration or presented in any conference or symposium or scientific or periodic specialized, and the number of research pages indexes not more than 30 pages.

The faculty explained that the deadline for receiving research and arbitration on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, and send the origin of the research in two copies: hard copy and delivered manually in the office of the secretariat of the faculty and a copy in electronic format, sent to the e-mail conference@low.asu.edu.eg

An electronic copy of the subscriber's CV, a personal photograph and a copy of the subscription payment receipt shall be sent to the same e-mail, indicating that no research will be judged until the subscription is paid.
