The fourth and largest edition of Ain Shams University Career Week "ASU Career Week 2025" launches today, October 19, and will run for five days. The event is organized by the University Career Center under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, University President; Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; and Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research.
This significant employment event features participation from 53 leading local and international companies, making it the largest edition in terms of company participation. In addition, the Career Center has invited graduates from Cairo, Helwan, Benha, and Canadian Universities in Egypt to join alongside Ain Shams University students and alumni, reflecting the Center’s commitment to community support.
ASU Career Week 2025 aims to support students and graduates by enhancing opportunities to connect with major local and international companies. Participants will also have the chance to conduct direct personal interviews with recruitment officers from top companies. The week provides a comprehensive experience enabling students and graduates to secure real and serious job and training opportunities that meet their professional ambitions.
The event is divided into two parts:
Part One: A job fair featuring numerous companies, running from October 19 to 21, 2025, from 12 PM to 7 PM at the Career Center headquarters, located within the university campus in Abbassia.
The schedule is as follows:
Sunday, October 19: Dedicated to students and graduates of the Faculties of Engineering, Computer and Information Sciences, and Archaeology.
Monday, October 20: Dedicated to the Faculty of Business.
Tuesday, October 21: Dedicated to the Faculties of Al-Alsun, Arts, Law, Education, Media, Archaeology, and Faculty of Girls (Arts and Education).
Part Two: The “Open Employment Days” will include immediate preliminary interviews and panel sessions over two days, Wednesday and Thursday, October 22 and 23, 2025, from 9 AM to 4 PM at the Career Center headquarters, with participation from several leading companies.
The schedule is as follows:
Wednesday, October 22: Personal interviews for students from the Faculties of Engineering and Computer and Information Sciences.
Thursday, October 23: Personal interviews for students from the Faculties of Business, Al-Alsun, Arts, Law, and Education.
