These efforts are being carried out under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and supervised by the University’s Education and Student Affairs Sector in cooperation with the General Administration of Education and Student Affairs, to ensure a smooth and efficient coordination process.

The university has opened 14 fully equipped computer labs across various faculties, with a total of 310 modern computers available for use. These labs are in:

* The Faculties of Computer and Information Sciences and Arts (Abbassia Campus)

* The Faculty of Agriculture (Shubra El-Kheima)

* The Faculty of Girls (Heliopolis)

* The Faculty of Engineering (Abdou Basha, Abbassia)

* Dedicated labs for students with disabilities in the Faculties of Arts and Computer and Information Sciences

The university president confirmed that the labs are operating at full capacity during the hours set by the Ministry of Higher Education—from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Trained staff members are present to provide students and parents with the necessary guidance without influencing their choices, in addition to skilled technicians on hand to resolve any technical issues.

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Diaa has also instructed the Education and Student Affairs Sector to ensure full readiness and continuous monitoring to guarantee the success of the coordination process, as well as to provide all necessary facilities and logistical support throughout all coordination phases.

Students and their families can also visit the Ain Shams University booth at the EDU-GATE Higher Education Fair, scheduled to take place from August 3 to 5 at Kempinski Hotel in New Cairo. Alternatively, they may visit the university’s Student Affairs headquarters to explore the various academic programs available, programs designed to match students’ interests and aspirations while meeting the needs of the labor market and future job opportunities. Detailed explanations will also be provided on how to apply for these programs.
