The students’ practical work included several journalistic projects under the supervision of Dr. Flora Ikram, Assistant Professor in the department, and Ms. Kholoud Khaled, Teaching Assistant.

The projects were presented by two student groups. The first group, titled "Fe El-Kader" ("In the Frame"), produced a journalistic report on the history of Naguib Mahfouz Café, another on "The Egyptian Museum: A Tourism Icon," and a video infographic on Artificial Intelligence and Psychiatry.

The second group, "Motion," presented various journalistic reports covering the profession of carpentry, the folk tradition of Zaar Mazaher, and a video infographic on Egypt Vision 2030 and Ain Shams University.

Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim, Editor-in-Chief of Al-Ahram Online, reviewed and discussed the students' journalistic work. He advised them to pay close attention to the synchronization between music and voiceover, and to carefully select visual elements, music, colors, and voice tone in line with the topic being addressed.

He praised the students’ efforts and highlighted the value of hands-on experience as a key learning method, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning to improve journalistic performance in the rapidly evolving digital media landscape.
