The “Faculty of Archaeology” and the “Islamic Research Academy” announce the extension of the deadline for receiving abstracts of the research of the conference “Archaeology and Astronomy in Human Civilizations” to mid-December

The Faculty of Archeology at Ain Shams University and the Islamic Research Academy at Al-Azhar Al-Sharif announce the extension of the period for receiving abstracts of scientific research participating in the Eleventh International Conference of the Center for Papyrological Studies and Inscriptions at the Faculty of Archeology, Ain Shams University, in cooperation with the Al-Azhar International Center for Forensic Astronomy and Space Sciences at the Islamic Research Academy, until next December 15. In response to the demands of researchers wishing to participate, the conference will be held under the title: “Archaeology and Astronomy in Human Civilizations” in the period from 11 to 12 February next, under the generous patronage of His Eminence the Grand Imam, Prof. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar, and Prof. Muhammad Diaa Zein El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, headed by Prof. Nazir Ayyad, Secretary-General of the Islamic Research Academy, and Prof. Hossam Tantawi, Dean of the Faculty of Archeology.
