The summer semester exams for the academic year 2022/2023 start at the Faculty of Arts

Under the auspices of Prof. Ghada Farouk, Acting President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Hanan Kamel, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, and supervision of Prof. Mohamed Ibrahim, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, the summer semester exams began on Sunday, August 27, 2023, which will continue until September 21.

As explained by Prof. Hanan Kamel that the students of departments operating on the system of credit hours and special programs are tested and who have completed attending the summer semester lectures over a period of seven weeks, and exams for distinguished programs start from September 5 to September 14 from 9 am in 3 periods per day, with an hour difference between each period and the other.

The exams for the summer semester are held for credit hours in 4 periods from 9 am to 4 pm daily from Saturday to Thursday. She also confirmed that instant follow-up of the course of the exams takes place, in addition to providing all means of comfort and a calm atmosphere for students and observers, in order to preserve public health and safety.

For his part, Prof. Muhammed Ibrahim, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, said that the exams are objective and vary between multiple choice and essay questions, and are corrected electronically on the same day through the Measurement and Evaluation Unit for the speed of announcing student results, in addition to announcing schedules well in advance of exams, as well as announcing daily the locations of their committees through The official page of the college.
