During his visit to the Namibian capital, Windhoek, the President of Ain Shams University meets with the Vice President and Minister of Education

Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, met with His Excellency the Vice President of the Republic of Namibia, Mr. Nangolo Mbumba, and His Excellency Minister Itah Kandji-Murangi, Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation of the Republic of Namibia, and a number of presidents of African universities, during his current visit to the Republic of Namibia.

During the meeting, aspects of the prospective cooperation between the two sides were discussed to benefit from the expertise of the Egyptian Ain Shams University in many scientific and research disciplines and its academic expertise with a distinguished international reputation.

The two sides focused on the importance of education and scientific research in achieving sustainable development plans for the continent in accordance with Africa's Agenda 2063.
