Khan Al-Zafaran at Ain Shams University

The Ain Shams University Alumni Association organized the "Khan Al-Zafaran" Ramadan evening on the main campus of the university under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, under the general supervision of Prof. Shahira Samir, Executive Director of the International Cooperation Sector, Supervision and Organization, Prof. Reem Al-Kabariti, Director of the University's Alumni Associations Department.

In the presence of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, Prof. Mohamed Awad Taj El-Din, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Health Affairs and former President of the University, Prof. Saleh Hashem, President of the Association of Arab Universities and former university president, Prof. Ahmed Zaki Badr, Minister of Education and Local Development and former university president, Prof. Osama Haikal, former Minister of Information, Prof. Salwa Haddad, Senator and Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and a group of vice-faculties and faculty staff. The evening was also attended by graduates of the Department of Communication and Media Sciences, at the Faculty of Arts, and graduates from the Faculties of Science, Agriculture, Medicine, Pharmacy, and Specific Education.

The evening was held in a wonderful Ramadan atmosphere and included several performances, including the oriental Takht of the Faculty of Specific Education band and Choir On led by Maestro Mahmoud Saber, and the Tanoura show, in addition to the Khan Bazaar, which includes works of art and medical cosmetics from graduates of the faculties of Girls, pharmacy, and specific education.
