The results of the table tennis tournament in the Ain Shams University sports league

In the interest of Ain Shams University to expand the base of student activities in various fields, the Education and Student Affairs Sector is organizing under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, University Sports League.

The table tennis tournament was held on October 23-24, and 115 students from the Faculties of Al-Alsun, Commerce, Science, Agriculture, Nursing, Law, Medicine, Archeology, Engineering, Arts, Computers, Information, and Pharmacy, as well as the University City, participated.

         
   
         

The student championship resulted the winning of student Tarek Abdel Razek at the Faculty of Commerce in first place, student Mostafa Emad at the Faculty of Science winning second place, and student Youssef Mahrous at the Faculty of Law winning third place, and the results of the female students’ competitions in the Table Tennis Championship with the victory of the student Menna Allah Tarek at the Faculty of Engineering in the first place The student, Maryam Ashraf, at the Faculty of Commerce, came in second place, and the student, Maryam Mohy, at the Faculty of Arts, won the third place.

The activities of the university’s sports league will continue throughout the first semester in swimming, arm wrestling, speedball, athletics, physical fitness, the laser-run championship for male and female students, and the five-a-side football league for students, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, Advisor to the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs for Student Activities, and Prof. Reham Al-Atifi, Acting Assistant Secretary of the Education and Student Affairs Sector, and Prof. Muhammad Al-Sharqawi, General Manager of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and Prof. Mohamed Hassan, Director of Sports Activity Department, and Prof. Fatima Khalifa Sports Supervisor.
