Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Education and Student Affairs, an inspection tour, to follow up on the conduct of exams at the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, accompanied His Excellency during his inspection tour, Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information, and Prof. Dr. Hala Mosheer, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

During his inspection tour, Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, reassured the faculty’s application of all precautionary measures and students’ access to the vaccine for the Corona virus, and conducted dialogues with students during which he was reassured about the level of exams, and stressed the necessity of the presence of the subject’s professor to answer students’ inquiries.

         
   
         

Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr explained that the faculty has implemented a package of preventive measures to ensure the safety of students, as the electronic registration system has been implemented to prove the attendance of students away from paper statements, and to allocate entry and exit paths to prevent crowding, with an emphasis on the obligation to wear a mask for all those present in the faculty, and to ensure that adequate ventilation is provided. Examination committees, while ensuring continuous sterilization and providing sterilizers continuously.

She added that the exams were divided into three periods, starting from Wednesday, January 12 to February 3, and the number of students is about 5,000 male and female, and the number of study programs is 4 general division programs and 6 credit hour programs for ten departments.
