Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El-Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the Electronic Coordination Labs at Ain Shams University continued, on Saturday, to receive General Secondary Certificate students applying for the first phase of university admissions for the 2026/2027 academic year. A total of 213 male and female students were received at the coordination labs located across the University’s faculties.

The Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences’ labs, located on the Abbassia campus, received 93 students, while the labs at the Faculty of Engineering in Abdo Pasha received 61 students, the Faculty of Agriculture in Shubra El-Kheima received 25 students, and the Faculty of Women in Heliopolis received 34 students. Dedicated labs equipped to serve students with disabilities were also available at the Faculty of Arts’ Vision Center and the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences’ Geneidy Building, ensuring that coordination services are accessible to all students.

The coordination operations are being conducted under the supervision of the Education and Student Affairs Sector, represented by Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary-General of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and Ms. Reham El-Otiefy, Director General of the General Administration of Education and Student Affairs.

Ain Shams University’s Electronic Coordination Labs will continue to receive first-phase students until tomorrow, Sunday, August 9, 2026, in accordance with the schedule approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
