Ain Shams University continues to prepare its students for the labor market through a comprehensive package of training programs and partnerships with leading local and international institutions

As part of Ain Shams University's strategy, under the leadership of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, to enhance students' and graduates' readiness for the labor market, the ASU Career Center continues to implement a series of specialized training programs and professional events in collaboration with leading institutions and companies. These initiatives aim to develop students' personal, professional, and technical skills, and to connect them with the demands of the local and international labor market.

The "Be Ready" program witnessed widespread participation from students across various faculties of the university. Through practical activities focused on developing teamwork skills, effective communication, and creative thinking, the program contributes to preparing graduates capable of competing in modern work environments.

The center also organized Career Coaching sessions in collaboration with Intellect, along with career guidance sessions and mock interviews in partnership with Ejada Systems Ltd. These sessions provided participants with the opportunity to identify their strengths, define their career paths, and gain practical experience from specialists in recruitment and career development.

As part of its language skills development program, the Business English Conversation program continued in collaboration with the Faculty of Al-Alsun. This program focused on developing English communication skills, writing professional resumes and emails, and preparing for job interviews and presentations in a professional setting.

The center also launched the Career Readiness Program in collaboration with EY MENA, a Big Four company. This program offers a series of specialized workshops on resume writing, building a professional identity, creating a professional LinkedIn profile, writing cover letters, preparing for job interviews, and presenting information professionally. It also includes mock job interviews with specialists from the company.

In the field of technology and innovation, the Career Center organized a specialized technical session in collaboration with Lucidya, titled "Inside Lucidya: Building AI at Scale." During this session, company experts shared their experiences in developing AI solutions at scale and discussed the skills required to work in the fields of software engineering and artificial intelligence.

The center also launched the Digital Transformation Program in collaboration with Reyada Business Services & Consulting. This program aims to equip participants with skills in digital transformation, process analysis, customer relationship management (CRM), business automation, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. It includes a comprehensive applied project and offers opportunities for professional training and development.

To further support digital skills, the center offers the Digital & AI Literacy: AI for Business program. This program focuses on integrating AI tools into the business environment, developing skills in using AI applications, conducting intelligent research and analysis, and enhancing productivity, all while adhering to ethical and professional practices in the use of modern technologies.

In addition to the Ready to Work program, which aims to introduce students to using modern artificial intelligence tools in writing resumes compatible with ATS systems, and how to prepare for job interviews and professionally create a LinkedIn profile.

In the medical field, ASU Career Center announced a field visit to the Ibn Sina Pharma factory, aimed at familiarizing science and pharmacy students with the pharmaceutical production lines and workflow.

With a focus on supporting a culture of freelance work and entrepreneurship, the center organized a session titled "Legal Aspects of Freelance Work" in collaboration with M.I.P Law Firm – Mina Iskander & Partners. The session addressed the legal aspects of contracts, intellectual property protection, and mechanisms for professional client interaction, contributing to a safe working environment for freelancers.
