As part of Ain Shams University's commitment to on-site monitoring of the examination process and ensuring a conducive environment for students, Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, conducted an inspection tour of the end-of-semester exams at the Faculties of Commerce and Languages. He ensured the smooth operation of the examination committees and the proper implementation of the regulations governing the examination process.

He was accompanied on the tour by Prof. Farid Muharram, Dean of the Faculty of Business, Prof. Yumna Safwat, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun ​​and Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and the Vice Deans of both faculties.

During the tour, Prof. Rami Maher Ghali ensured that the exams were proceeding smoothly according to the published schedules. He commended the efforts of the faculties' administrations, faculty staff, and administrative staff in organizing the exam committees and their swift response to any emergencies, thus guaranteeing the smooth conduct of the examination process.

He also inspected several exam halls, monitoring adherence to organizational procedures and ensuring the availability of comfortable and safe facilities for students, contributing to a calm and orderly examination environment.

The Vice President of the University also confirmed the readiness of the medical clinics and the availability of first aid teams to handle any emergencies, reflecting Ain Shams University's commitment to providing a safe and healthy examination environment for students throughout the examination period.

As part of the university's commitment to integrating and supporting students with special needs, His Excellency oversaw the preparation of the examination committees designated for them, ensuring they can take their exams with ease and comfort, and reinforcing the principle of equal opportunities for all students.
