Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, and Dr. Sherifa Al-Sherif, Director of the National Institute of Management, held a meeting to discuss ways to raise the efficiency of the administrative system at the University. He stressed the university's keenness to raise the efficiency of the administrative apparatus through the rehabilitation and training of administrative staff, pointing to the importance of the transformation of smart management instead of paper-based

Where Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini confirmed that Ain Shams University is keen to raise the efficiency of the administrative apparatus through the rehabilitation and training of administrative staff, believing in the importance and return on investment in the human element.

He also pointed to the importance of shifting to smart management instead of paper management and shortening the documentary cycle and other aspects that are in the interest of the public work system and in line with the vision of Egypt 2030, pointing out that the efforts of the university in this regard will not bear fruit only by facing Our problems and put our hands on the obstacles and try to find solutions and optimal alternatives to complete the work with the highest level of efficiency and quality.

He also pointed to the need to redistribute human resources and focus on the process of performance evaluation with the utmost transparency and credibility, as well as training and qualification of the second row to take responsibility in an optimal manner.

Dr. Sherifa Al-Sharif reviewed Institute's vision and the most prominent training programs that contribute to raising the efficiency of the human element.

She also addressed the steps to implement the National Training Strategy 2018: 2022, which aims to prepare a competent government employee and develop his skills in several areas including: policy and strategy development, leadership, public procurement, project planning and management, human resources, finance and office management.

Mr. Samir Abdel Nasser reviewed the most important requirements and needs of the administrative body of the university, which includes about 11 thousand employees at various levels of management.
