Ain Shams University Invites Heads of Arabic Language Departments and Interested Scholars to Participate in the 12th International Arabic Language Conference and the 2026 Mohammed bin Rashid Arabic Language Award Ceremony
As part of Ain Shams University’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation, supporting the active participation of faculty staff, researchers, and innovators in prestigious Arab and international forums and events, and strengthening the University’s presence and the contributions of its community in the fields of thought, literature, culture, and the Arabic language, and under the auspices of Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President of Ain Shams University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, the University announces that it has received an invitation for heads of Arabic Language departments and interested members of the University community to participate in the 12th International Conference on “Her Majesty the Arabic Language” and the 10th Mohammed bin Rashid Arabic Language Award Ceremony 2026, scheduled to be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The conference will feature an official ceremony honoring the winners of the Mohammed bin Rashid Arabic Language Award, one of the leading initiatives dedicated to supporting the Arabic language and strengthening its presence across education, culture, media, technology, and other fields.
• Total value of the award: USD 1 million annually.
• The conference program will also honor outstanding research and distinguished supporters.
The conference will take place from October 28 to 30, 2026, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The program will include scientific sessions and specialized seminars, in addition to the General Assembly meeting of the International Association of Arabic Language Departments.

Heads of Arabic Language departments and other Ain Shams University members wishing to participate are required to submit the following documents:
• A nomination letter officially approved by the faculty.
• Nominee details: name, position, email address, and WhatsApp number.
• A recent employment status statement confirming that the nominee has no disciplinary penalties.
• A statement outlining the reasons for nomination and the nominee’s distinguished contributions to the field of Arabic language.
• An updated CV.
