Ain Shams University Launches the “Leadership and Management Skills” Program to Prepare Candidates for Leadership Positions
As part of Ain Shams University’s commitment to developing human resources and strengthening leadership and management capabilities in line with the requirements of university work, the Innovation and Training Sector, through the Training and Development Center at Ain Shams University, under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of the University, and Prof. Amany Osama Kamel, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and under the supervision of Prof. Nevine Assem, Chief Executive Officer of the Sector, announces the implementation of the distinguished training program “Leadership and Management Skills” for candidates seeking leadership positions at the university.
The program will be held from September 6 to 8, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m., at the iHub premises.
The program is part of the university’s efforts to support and qualify candidates for leadership positions by developing modern leadership and management skills, enhancing their ability to manage teams, make effective decisions, and efficiently address the challenges facing university administration.
The program targets candidates for the following positions:
- Vice Deans of Faculties and Institutes
- Heads of Departments
- Directors of University Units and Centers
