Under the patronage of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, the electronic coordination labs at Ain Shams University continued to receive General Secondary Education students under both the new and old systems applying in the second phase of the university admission coordination process for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The electronic coordination labs operate under the supervision of the Education and Student Affairs Sector, through Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Assistant Secretary-General of the University for the Education and Student Affairs Sector, and Ms. Riham El-Atifi, Director General of the General Administration of Education and Student Affairs, with the participation of specialized work teams. The teams have ensured the smooth operation of the labs and provided technical and guidance support to students and their parents throughout the coordination period.

The university’s electronic coordination labs  witnessed strong attendance from General Secondary Education students in both the science and humanities sections, receiving approximately 620 male and female students through 16 coordination labs equipped with more than 340 computers distributed across several university faculties.

The university also allocated a dedicated lab to respond to inquiries from General Secondary Education students from this year’s cohort and previous years. A specialized team handling coordination and transfer procedures was available to provide students with the necessary support and guidance and answer their questions regarding coordination and transfer procedures and regulations.

The second phase of the university admission coordination process is scheduled to continue until Sunday, August 16, 2026, for five days, in accordance with the timetable approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
