The second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year has begun, with comprehensive preparations underway to enhance the quality of education

Ain Shams University welcomed its students for the start of the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year in an atmosphere of discipline and complete organization, under the auspices of Prof. Mohamed Diaa Zain El Abedeen, University President, and Prof. Rami Maher Ghali, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. Lectures commenced regularly in all faculties from the first day, as part of a comprehensive plan aimed at providing a stimulating learning environment for students.

Prof. Rami Maher Ghali confirmed that the university had completed all necessary preparations to receive students, including equipping classrooms, lecture halls, laboratories, libraries, and other facilities to meet the requirements of university education. He emphasized the university administration's commitment to enhancing the quality of the educational process and improving the services provided to students.

For their part, the faculties announced their full readiness to receive students. Lecture schedules have been prepared in accordance with study plans and student needs, and various learning resources have been made available in libraries, laboratories, and online learning platforms to support academic achievement and encourage research and innovation.

In the same vein, the university administration emphasized the importance of student attendance and active participation in academic and student activities, considering them an integral part of the comprehensive university experience. This experience aims to build the student's character, develop their various skills, and foster a spirit of innovation and teamwork, in addition to supporting and encouraging talented and innovative students to participate in various events.

Regarding student services, university dormitories and branch campuses welcomed students from outside Cairo after ensuring their full readiness. Restaurants, food services, and dining halls across all sectors were inspected to guarantee the provision of suitable and safe food and accommodation, thus offering students a stable living environment conducive to focusing on their studies.

These efforts are part of Ain Shams University's strategy to enhance its position as a leading academic institution, striving to provide high-quality education, support student activities, and instill values ​​of discipline and positive participation within the university community.
